Refund Policy

These terms apply to all 2027 registrations. Send requests to info@firerescuesocial.com.

No Refunds

All purchases for the SMIFR Conference are final, and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This policy helps us manage resources effectively and ensures a successful event for everyone involved.

Credit for Future Conferences

If you find that you are unable to attend the conference after making your purchase, we offer the option to credit your payment towards the same ticket for next year's conference. This allows you to participate in the future without incurring additional costs. To arrange this, please contact us at least 30 days before the start of the conference.

Switch to Virtual

If you can't make it to Orlando in person, you can switch your in-person registration to a virtual ticket at any time before the conference starts. Since all sales are final, the price difference between the two tickets is applied as a credit toward next year's conference rather than refunded. Email us and we'll make the change.

Substitutions

Send another person from your department at any time, including on site. Email us the replacement name and we will reissue the badge.

Virtual registrations

Non-refundable once login credentials and session recordings have been issued.
